- 06
All other products
Delivery is quoted on enquiry, because the cost depends on the size of the order and the distance to your yard.
- 07
Lead times
Stock, colour availability and dispatch timing are confirmed with you when the order is placed.
We will contact you to arrange a delivery or collection slot once your order is ready. If anything delays fulfilment, we will tell you as soon as we know rather than leaving you waiting.
- 08
Access at your yard
Please make sure the delivery point can be reached safely by vehicle, that gateways and lanes are clear, and that there is somewhere firm to set down the equipment.
Tell us in advance about narrow lanes, soft ground, low branches, weight limits or any restriction on the approach. Where a vehicle cannot safely reach the agreed point, the equipment will be left at the nearest safe accessible point.
- 09
Unloading and help on the day
Aluminium jumps are light enough for two people to handle, but someone should be at the yard to accept the delivery and help move items to where you want them.
Large items such as tack lockers should have a clear route and a level surface prepared. We do not install, assemble or position equipment inside buildings unless that has been agreed with you beforehand.
- 10
Someone must be there to accept the order
Please make sure an adult is present at the agreed time to check and sign for the order. If nobody is available and we have travelled, a further delivery run may be chargeable.
If you need to change a delivery or collection date, let us know as early as possible by WhatsApp or through the contact form.
- 11
Checking your order on arrival
Please check the order over before we leave or before you drive away with a collection. Count the poles, cups, wings and fillers against your order.
Any damage, missing component or shortage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery or collection, with photographs, as set out in our refund and returns policy.
- 12
Risk and ownership
Risk passes to you once the equipment has been delivered to the agreed point or collected from us. Goods remain our property until payment has been received in full.
- 13
Hire deliveries

The equipment must be available and accessible at the agreed collection time at the end of the hire. Equipment returned damaged, incomplete or excessively soiled is chargeable at repair or replacement cost.
